Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and back-of-house tasks. The role is physically demanding and requires you to move quickly and work across the store to keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
You’ll handle stock, co-ordinate deliveries, and use digital tools to track inventory with accuracy. The position includes weekend hours and a night premium for late shifts where applicable.
