Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept deliveries and unpack goods.
  • Prepare crates and keep shop floor fully stocked.
  • Track deliveries and manage stock using in‑store systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the store to support smooth operation.
  • Adapt to changing operational needs and maintain flexibility.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy shop floor and meet daily targets where applicable.
  • Provide excellent customer service at service points.
  • Build product knowledge to support sales and customer recommendations.
