Christmas Customer Assistant – Food- Workington. Join to apply for the Christmas Customer Assistant – Food- Workington role at Marks and Spencer. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with products.
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and help customers find what they want.

Work Pattern
- Week 1: Tuesday 14:00-18:00; Thursday 14:00-18:00; Friday 14:00-18:00; Saturday 14:00-18:00.
- Week 2: Sunday 14:00-18:00; Tuesday 14:00-18:00; Wednesday 14:00-18:00; Friday 14:00-18:00.
