- Monday 10:00–16:00
- Wednesday 10:00–16:00
- Friday 10:00–16:00
- Saturday 10:00–16:00
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, championing and promoting our products.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and shelves fully stocked.
- Monitor and deliver daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver remarkable service.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Use digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
