Work Pattern
- Monday: 16:00 – 20:00
- Wednesday: 16:00 – 20:00
- Saturday: 16:00 – 20:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are always stocked.
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
- Build product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
