As a BI Developer, you’ll design and deliver smart reporting tools that turn complex data into clear insights, automate manual processes, and support our cloud migration journey. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to understand their needs and create solutions that make decision‑making faster and smarter. This role requires you to be on‑site in our Support Office in Paddington, London for three days a week. We know that won’t suit everyone, and that’s okay. What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights for the Food business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather requirements and create reporting tools that meet operational needs.
- Lead testing and deployment of BI solutions, ensuring accuracy and user adoption.
- Drive automation by replacing manual processes with innovative reporting enhancements.
- Support cloud migration initiatives and help decommission legacy systems for a modern data environment.
Who you are:
- Experienced in delivering BI and reporting solutions, with strong SQL knowledge and advanced Power BI skills (essential).
- Skilled in data visualisation and user experience design, confident in testing solutions and measuring impact (essential).
- Able to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders (essential).
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform and cloud technologies like Azure or Databricks (preferred).
- Preferred skills include advanced Excel, Python or R knowledge, and experience in food retail or FMCG.
