We are seeking an AI Solutions Designer to define how AI capabilities are applied across content and marketing ecosystems at scale. The role translates prioritised use cases into solution patterns, platform capabilities, operating models, and governance approaches that enable teams to adopt AI safely, consistently, and effectively. Working across Marketing, Product, Engineering and vendors, the role ensures AI capabilities are integrated into enterprise platforms and ways of working in a scalable and reusable manner.

What You’ll do:

  • Define scalable solution patterns for AI-driven content creation, insight generation, and marketing capabilities.
  • Design the operating models, governance frameworks, and orchestration approaches required to embed AI into content and marketing workflows.
  • Assess technology ecosystems, platforms, and vendors to identify capability gaps and define the target-state architecture.
  • Translate prioritised AI use cases into platform requirements, solution designs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Enable the rollout of AI capabilities across content and marketing teams by defining reusable patterns, standards, and implementation approaches.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in solution design, architecture, or capability design within complex digital, content, or marketing environments.
  • Able to connect business needs, technology capabilities, and operating models into clear, scalable solutions.
  • Passionate about how AI can transform content creation, marketing operations, and customer experiences.
  • Comfortable working across Product, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, and external partners to drive alignment and adoption.
  • A strong communicator who can simplify complexity and create practical guidance that enables teams to scale AI confidently.
