Operating within a Databricks, Azure, and Foundry ecosystem, the AI Ops Manager establishes and runs the AI Ops practices covering usage, cost, quality, risk, and lifecycle management enabling AI to scale safely, predictably, and with measurable business impact.

- Your key accountabilities will include
- Define and lead the enterprise AI Ops operating model, establishing standards, governance, and ownership across all AI services.
- Own the operational performance of AI products, monitoring usage, adoption, business value, reliability, and service health.
- Drive AI cost transparency and optimisation across Azure, Databricks, model inferencing, and supporting platform services.
- Govern the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including model onboarding, deployment, monitoring, retraining, version upgrades, and retirement.
- Lead AI incident, change, resilience, and responsible AI processes, ensuring production services remain trusted, secure, and compliant.
