The predicted salary is between 22950 - 28050 £ per year.
As an SPO, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure working environment for staff, visitors, and contractors, protecting company assets, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality service across all DCs.
You will be required to work a regular scheduled 19:00-07:00 shift on Saturday and Sunday however flexibly across days, nights, and weekends, including short-notice cover would be a bonus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide professional security cover across multiple M&S Distribution Centres.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Mitie and M&S key values.
- Maintain professional standards of appearance, conduct, and incident reporting.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and vehicle movements in accordance with site procedures.
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols to ensure site safety and security.
- Support the prevention and investigation of theft, stock loss, and unauthorised access.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site protocols.
- Assist site management and permanent SPO teams to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
- Work flexibly to meet operational requirements, including short-notice assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and company security policies., Follow all Mitie and Group Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Report any hazards, risks, or incidents immediately to your line manager.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE correctly and responsibly.
- Identify and report any training or equipment needs promptly.
