Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to support business performance and decision-making
- Partner with commercial and central finance teams to provide clear, value‑adding financial guidance
- Lead and support initiatives to enhance the quality and depth of financial analysis and reporting
- Contribute to month‑end and year‑end processes, ensuring strong controls and compliance
- Identify and drive operational improvements to simplify, standardise, and strengthen finance outputs
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capability with the confidence to interpret data and communicate clear insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems such as SAP or Blackline
- Excellent business partner management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Ability to manage several priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with an interest in using technology or AI to improve ways of working
