As Store Manager, you\’ll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high‑performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast‑changing retail environment. You\’ll lead from the front, deliver against the retail plan, and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in. Your Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance to deliver against key retail metrics.

- A proven leader of large teams in a fast‑paced retail environment, with a sharp focus on delivery, standards and results.
- Confident working across all areas of store performance, including commercial, visual, operations and people, and knowing how to bring them together for impact.
- A clear and direct communicator, with the courage to make tough calls and the skill to bring colleagues along.
- Resilient and passionate about delivering in a transformational environment, where you can challenge the norm and be part of delivering a business fit for the future.
- Strong on planning, performance management and resilience – balancing the big picture with the detail and always setting expectations.
- A proven track record of performance management, able to lead teams to deliver results at pace.
