We\’re seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their eye for fashion and want to delight our customers every day. Your primary focus will be on creating remarkable visual displays that attract and engage customers, ensuring that our products are presented in the most eye-catching way. You\’ll also actively collaborate with the team to implement effective merchandising strategies.
Being digitally confident is essential. You\’ll utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App, to enhance both the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them. Efficiency and effectiveness are key aspects of your role. You\’ll be a skilled operator, maintaining high standards in visual presentation consistently. Purpose

- Deliver seasonal Window implementation
- Deliver \’best in town\’ standards through presentation standards, VM Principles, availability and keeping the store clean and tidy
- Works alongside C&H colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season
- Serve our customers efficiently and brilliantly well – on the shop floor and at service points
- Skilled to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to do the job
- Share customer and colleague feedback to help us do things better
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support others in building skill and confidence
