Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, where you\’ll become a champion of our delicious baked goods. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App, to enhance both the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them.
  • Maintaining high standards in food safety and hygiene consistently while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in your role.
  • Being a team player and taking responsibility for creating a great inclusive store environment, supporting and respecting your colleagues and our customers.
  • Working effectively across various areas of the store, adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment seamlessly.
  • Serving our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
  • Keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
  • Monitoring and delivering on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
