Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver architectural macro space and layout plans, aligned with F,H&B blueprints, formats, and business strategy.
  • Use data, insight, and space optimisation to maximise commercial opportunities across new and transformation stores.
  • Collaborate with Space Planning, Store Design, BU and Retail teams to create aligned, future fit store environments.
  • Work closely with Store Design teams to develop strong, future-proofed architectural macro plans aligned to Store Design principles.
  • Produce high quality visualisations and plans that clearly communicate intent and support stakeholder decision making.
  • Leverage visualisation tools to create high-quality, engaging plans and compelling schemes that clearly communicate intent and secure alignment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage multiple projects at pace, ensuring delivery to deadlines, budgets, and governance frameworks including Stage Gate processes.
  • Respond to change with pace and agility, making effective decisions while ensuring demand schedules and procurement requirements remain accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement for loose equipment.

  • Strong experience in retail space planning, layout design, and visualisation.
  • Advanced capability in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret space and sales data to drive recommendations.
  • Experience working across multiple projects with strong prioritisation and agility.
  • A balance of creative thinking and commercial awareness to influence space decisions and drive performance.
