Domain Architect – M&S

This role sits within the Architecture function and plays a critical part in defining the strategy and target architecture for enterprise integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the enterprise integration architecture strategy and target‑state roadmap.
  • Ensure secure, scalable integration solutions aligned to enterprise standards and governance.
  • Simplify and modernise the technology landscape, optimising cost, reuse and operational efficiency.
  • Align product, engineering and delivery roadmaps with strategic architecture direction.
  • Lead architecture governance, establish best practices and influence key technology decisions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading architecture in complex organisations.
  • Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
  • Strategic and outcome‑focused, translating business priorities into practical architecture outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise integration, APIs, event‑driven architectures, microservices, cloud platforms and security standards.
