Responsibilities
- Identify, frame and prioritise high impact opportunities where AI can deliver real business value, working closely with leaders across M&S.
- Lead the discovery, experimentation and delivery of AI products, rapidly testing hypotheses and scaling solutions that improve key business outcomes.
- Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, designers and delivery teams to shape AI solutions that are valuable, feasible, usable and ready to scale.
- Own the product lifecycle end to end - from problem definition and prioritisation through to launch, adoption and value realisation - with a strong bias for pace and learning.
- Work closely with adoption and change teams to ensure AI products are embedded into everyday ways of working, delivering sustained impact beyond pilots.

Qualifications
- An experienced product manager with a strong track record of shaping and delivering (ideally AI‑enabled) digital products that create measurable commercial and operational impact.
- Comfortable leading discovery and experimentation in ambiguous problem spaces, particularly where AI (including GenAI, agentic AI and automation) is part of the solution.
- A proactive self‑starter who spots high value opportunities, drives innovation, and is motivated by delivering outcomes rather than outputs.
