Administrator in Surrey

The role will encompass supporting the existing installations team and taking responsibility for the daily management of allocated engineer diaries, time sheets and all relevant paperwork associated with time sheets. Full training will be provided for this role. Key responsibilities • Approving engineer timesheets • Allocating work to engineers, electricians and builders • Running weekly job status reports to ensure all works are planned in and any jobs that can be completed and relevant paperwork received • Planning daily works for the engineers/electricians and builders (diary management) • Confirming appointments with residents on a daily basis • Dealing with Clients directly on the phone from all current contracts and by e-mail • Making sure all works issued have all the relevant information and materials ordered for the job to be completed on that visit • Checking clients asbestos registers when required • Raising orders for sub-contractors and timesheet approval Requirements: Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role within repairs, maintenance, social housing, or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. IT literate, with experience using repairs management systems (e.g. DRS, Orchard, Northgate, or similar). Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities. A team player with a problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
