Our client is seeking a highly organised, process-driven and customer-focused Small Works (M&E)Co-ordinator to support the delivery of mechanical and electrical small works projects acrossour client portfolio.
This role would suit an individual with strong organisational skills and experience working withinfacilities management, engineering or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities: Support the coordination and administration of multiple M&E small works projectssimultaneously within a fast-paced operational environment. Assist Technical Project Managers with project mobilisation, scheduling and ongoingtracking of works. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and updated within internalsystems. Monitor project progress against deadlines and proactively escalate delays, risks orissues where required. Coordinate engineer attendance, subcontractor scheduling and material deliveryrequirements. Raise, manage and track subcontractor work orders to ensure timely delivery andcompletion of works. Support quotation, purchase order and invoicing processes in line with companyprocedures. Assist Project Managers with the preparation and processing of invoicing for completedworks. Support with the preparation of small quotations, uplifts and variations as required. Maintain accurate project trackers and ensure actions are followed through tocompletion.
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential Previous experience within Facilities Management, M&E, Construction or Small Workscoordination. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment. Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination abilities. Process-driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple taskssimultaneously. Experience managing work orders, invoicing administration and project coordinationprocesses.
