With extensive industry experience, the business delivers essential repairs and maintenance services across the social housing sector.
Due to a newly secured contract, they are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their growing maintenance team, carrying out responsive repairs and general maintenance across social housing properties in Romford and the surrounding areas.

The Role – Multi-Trade Operative As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for completing a range of repairs and maintenance tasks across occupied and void social housing properties.
Your duties will include:
Carrying out responsive repairs and general property maintenance.
Completing multi-trade works, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering and patch repairs, tiling, painting and decorating, and general building maintenance.
Diagnosing faults and identifying effective repair solutions.
Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
Working professionally in occupied properties and treating residents with respect.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Completing job sheets, photographs and other required paperwork accurately.
Following health and safety procedures and relevant industry standards.
Ensuring all work meets the required company and client quality standards.
