We're recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join an established housing contractor, managing a team of operatives across ongoing repairs and maintenance contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable work, long-term security and genuine career progression.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising repairs and maintenance operatives
- Monitoring productivity, quality and contract KPIs
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Liaising with customers and resolving issues
- Completing reports, timesheets and relevant paperwork
- Attending site inspections when required
- Ensuring sites are safe and compliant
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within repairs, maintenance or construction
- Previous supervisory experience, ideally within social housing
- Knowledge of SOR codes
- Understanding of contract KPIs
- Good IT and administration skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
