One of our Clients is looking for a dedicated Planner to join theirdynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing engineers\’ and subcontractors\’ workloads, ensuring timely completion of appointments while adapting to daily changes and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage daily routines for engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion.
Re-plan jobs as necessary, coordinating additional labour as required.
Update job statuses and ensure all completed PPM tasks comply with statutory regulations.
Maintain communication with managers regarding job progress and any concerns.
Ensure all certification is properly uploaded for verification.
Handle queries and complaints professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
GCSE Level (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Strong knowledge of building maintenance services, repairs, and installation works,particularly in social housing contracts.
Familiarity with health and safety legislation and regulations.
Understanding of gas distribution and heating systems in domestic settings.
Proven experience in a customer service role within a social housing environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
