Our client is seeking a highly organised, process-driven and customer-focused Small Works (M&E)
Co-ordinator to support the delivery of mechanical and electrical small works projects across
our client portfolio. This role would suit an individual with strong organisational skills and experience working within
facilities management, engineering or construction environments. Key Responsibilities:
Support the coordination and administration of multiple M&E small works projects
simultaneously within a fast-paced operational environment.
Assist Technical Project Managers with project mobilisation, scheduling and ongoing
tracking of works.
Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and updated within internal
systems.
Monitor project progress against deadlines and proactively escalate delays, risks or
issues where required.
Coordinate engineer attendance, subcontractor scheduling and material delivery
requirements.
Raise, manage and track subcontractor work orders to ensure timely delivery and
completion of works.
Support quotation, purchase order and invoicing processes in line with company
procedures.
Assist Project Managers with the preparation and processing of invoicing for completed
works.
Support with the preparation of small quotations, uplifts and variations as required.
Maintain accurate project trackers and ensure actions are followed through to
completion. Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Previous experience within Facilities Management, M&E, Construction or Small Works
coordination.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment.
Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination abilities.
Process-driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Experience managing work orders, invoicing administration and project coordination
