Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Gas Maintenance Manager to take ownership of a newly acquired gas portfolio. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the gas portfolio for a new client.

• Coordinate and maintain all necessary accreditations.

• Oversee PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules and ensure compliance.

• Review commercial gas engineer reports and provide pricing/quoting support where needed.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Offer expert advice to office staff, commercial gas engineers, and clients on all gas-related matters.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Recognised qualification in Gas (NVQ Level 3).

• Proven experience in gas maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site or FM environment.

• Strong understanding of current gas compliance regulations.

• Broad technical knowledge (beneficial experience includes: boilers, heating systems, kitchen extract systems, water supply, pumps, gas fires, ducting, air source heat pumps, controls, etc.).

• Confident with quoting, estimating, and budget management.

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Comfortable using maintenance software and scheduling systems.

• A proactive, career-focused attitude.
