Electrician – Domestic Maintenance

Up to £43,000 We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, testing and installation works across residential properties, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained. Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
Complete site risk assessments and follow all Health and Safety procedures.
Undertake routine servicing and electrical testing.
Identify and report faults, defects and non-compliant installations.
Replace sockets, fittings and other electrical components.
Interpret job tickets and complete work accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
Essential Requirements
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
AM2 qualification.
2391 Inspection and Testing qualification.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Satisfactory DBS check, completed during onboarding.
