About the Role
In this hybrid position, youll be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of engineers, ensuring efficient operations within our HIU systems. You will play a key role in daily coordination, performance monitoring, and fostering a positive team culture. The right candidate will be confident in managing people, solving technical issues, and working collaboratively with both staff and management.

This role is a hybrid role working from their office in DA13 and then working from home ( have to be open to travelling)
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support engineers working with HIU systems

Oversee the quality and efficiency of work carried out

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Monitor team performance and provide guidance or training as needed

Liaise with senior management and provide regular updates

Assist with planning and scheduling of works
What Were Looking For

Strong experience working within HIU systems

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
