A leading contractor has just been awarded more properties from an existing client and is looking for an experienced Gas Install Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Social Housing Sector and would be looking for a permanent position located in Epsom. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

The Gas Install Manager will be expected to:

  • Manage and support the Gas Engineers on the install department across the Patches ensuring they comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage the team of Gas Install Engineers to ensure they are delivering quality compliance for the tenants and clients.
  • Carry out pre, post and in progress inspections and record findings.
  • Provide day-to-day support and training of the operatives, both Direct and Sub-Contractors.

  • ACS Gas Safe registered
  • Experience completing Gas related works in Social Housing
  • Managerial experience
  • Clean DBS and Driver's License
