Electrician – Domestic Maintenance
Location: East Sussex and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £43,000
We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across Sussex.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, testing and installation works across residential properties, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
- Complete site risk assessments and follow all Health and Safety procedures.
- Undertake routine servicing and electrical testing.
- Identify and report faults, defects and non-compliant installations.
- Replace sockets, fittings and other electrical components.
- Interpret job tickets and complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
Essential Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- AM2 qualification.
- 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Satisfactory DBS check, completed during onboarding.
