About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll administration for Israel, ensuring accurate, timely and fully compliant payroll processing. This is a key role within the payroll function, working closely with HR Shared Services, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, Compliance, Risk and external payroll vendors. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for Israel payroll while also supporting payroll activities across other countries, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Israel payroll processing, from payroll inputs through to final outputs and payments.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time and in line with local legislation and tax regulations.
  • Manage employee onboarding and termination processes from a payroll perspective.
  • Complete monthly and annual tax and social security reporting and payments.
  • Manage year-end payroll activities, including Form 101 processes.
  • Ensure all payroll inputs are accurate and identify processes that may impact payroll.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure correct and timely payroll data.
  • Manage payroll-related queries relating to tax, finance, pensions, expenses, insurance and benefits.
  • Manage payroll vendors and other payroll-related service providers.
  • Support payroll audits, risk management and compliance activities.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll documentation, processes and procedures.
  • Support payroll system changes, implementations and improvement projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Israel payroll and provide guidance to wider payroll management and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the processing of payroll for other countries as required, with full training provided.
  • Contribute to payroll projects and initiatives as an individual contributor.
