Location: Peterhead (site-based, approx. 40 minutes north of Aberdeen)

Contract: 12 months

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

We are supporting a major infrastructure project and are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join a busy site-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced project environment, supporting a range of teams and gaining exposure to large-scale project operations.

The Role

As Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the site. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting project teams, and maintaining accurate records across a variety of activities. This is a fully site-based role, working closely with project and coordination teams to ensure deadlines are met and operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register visitors and new starters on site systems
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate site logistics
  • Manage ordering of PPE, stationery, and office supplies
  • Handle incoming deliveries and site coordination tasks
  • Maintain and update project trackers, including personnel and fleet records
  • Support the Project Coordination Team with day-to-day tasks and deadlines
