Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland
6-Month Fixed Term Contract with a possibility of extension
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a leading global technology company, supporting their Observability and Service Management solutions. This role will execute the UK & Ireland field marketing demand generation plan, with potential for expansion into other European markets.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, Sales team, and Account Development Executives, you will design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns; including digital initiatives, in-person events, asset syndication, and email marketing, to help build, accelerate, and convert sales pipeline.
You’ll also manage supplier relationships, oversee the local marketing budget, and track performance of demand generation activities. The role will offer the chance to support major industry tradeshows and company-owned events.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant ready to step up into a full Marketing Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the UK & Ireland field marketing plan for Observability and Service Management solutions.
- Deliver digital and in-person campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales pipeline growth.
- Manage suppliers, budgets, and campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Development teams to deliver account-specific campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of industry tradeshows and corporate events.
- Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
About You
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Demand generation experience, ideally in the Software/IT industry.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and tools, with an understanding of direct marketing, customer events, and vendor practices.
- Experience in account-based, digital, and/or social media marketing (desirable).
- Proven ability to create and execute virtual events and customer experiences.
- Skilled in project and budget management.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) is an advantage.
