Job Description Our client is a global leader in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst initially for 6 months; however, this may be extended although this is not guaranteed. ***SC CLEARANCE IS A MUST*** Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for various projects. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures and best practices in data handling. Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends and support business objectives. Present findings and recommendations to senior management, tailoring communication to different audiences. Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior role. Proficient in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing requirements. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. This is initially a 6-month contract with the possibility of being extended, although this is not guaranteed.
