The audit team is looking for a project coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in day to day project activities such as: meeting minutes, documentation, plans, reports, directing tasks and controlling the schedule, maintenance of project databases, metrics etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing team projects/tasks; track deadlines, ensure deadlines are maintained.
- Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones.
- Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones.
- Weekly update/report to the team on open items, meeting deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- Experience in writing meeting minutes.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations.
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish processes, work-flows, standard procedures.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel or any project management tool
