Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner/Analyst with strong experience in the payments domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mercury (TCS’s payment product) and a solid understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, and debit transactions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring payment solutions align with business needs.

Work closely with development teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.

Manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for payment-related functionalities.

Provide expertise in SEPA, SWIFT, and debit transactions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payment processing.

Leverage experience with Mercury (TCS) to drive system improvements and optimize payment workflows.

Work in a hybrid setup from Burgess Hill, attending on-site meetings as required.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in the payments domain.

Hands-on experience with Mercury (TCS’s payment product).

Strong knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, and debit transactions.

Ability to manage product roadmaps, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
