Implement solutions to improve productivity, driver engagement, and fleet utilization. Ensure all drivers follow company policies, client standards, and health and safety guidelines. Produce accurate reports and dashboards for both internal leadership and client stakeholders on fleet and performance metrics. Coordinate driver travel and accommodation arrangements when required to support territory mapping. Provide hands-on support for drivers experiencing technical or mechanical issues, liaising with service providers or vendors to resolve problems quickly. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for field deployment. Act as a central point of contact for logistical planning, ensuring minimal disruption to driver schedules and project delivery.
