We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a 6-12 month contract based in East Lothian , Scotland. About the Role:
This contract position involves performing electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of key systems. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs across facilities.
- Installing electrical and computer wiring systems in accordance with IEE regulations.
- Performing portable appliance testing and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring and calibrating environmental systems, including temperature and humidity controls.
- Collaborating with service engineers and maintaining detailed work records.
- Participating in an on-call rota for emergency support.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
