HRSS Specialist – Spain – 6-month Contract – Reading – £20-£23 per hour

I am working with an IT company in Reading to a HRSS Specialist Spain. This position will support with HR admin and operations in and for Spain and act as a back up for Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Create contracts, amendments, letters and any other HR documents required
  • Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR system
  • Support with onboarding in Spain (and Italy)
  • Process all transactions for Spain Workday and Talent Centre
  • Coordinate the preparation of documents, collect signatures, provide them to employees and archive them
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrollment

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (Italian language skills would be an advantage)
  • Good knowledge and experience with HR Operations/Administration in Spain (and Italy) and Spanish legislation and requirements
  • Knowledge of MS Office and HR systems preferable Success Factors and/or Workday
  • Significant experience in Shared Services in mandatory, working with ticketing systems and high volumes
  • Great communication skills, able to pay attention to details and be accurate

This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of being extended or even made permanent although this is not guaranteed. The position is working hybrid 3 days a week from their Reading office.
