We’re supporting a large, well-known organisation in the travel and retail space with the search for an eCommerce Retail / Account Management professional to join on a 3–4 month contract. This role sits within a digital commerce team and focuses on managing online retail partners, improving eCommerce performance, and supporting a strong end-to-end customer experience. It’s a hybrid role based in Hounslow, combining on-site collaboration with flexible working.
The role involves acting as the link between retail partners, digital teams and operations, ensuring online performance targets are met and opportunities for improvement are identified and delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with retail brand partners, owning their online performance
- Working with digital and product teams to improve the website experience, including merchandising and usability
- Using data and insight to identify performance issues and growth opportunities
- Coordinating with offline retail and operational teams to ensure a joined-up omnichannel approach
- Supporting fulfilment and customer service processes to meet service level expectations
- Managing risks, issues and actions, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance online sales and customer experience
Experience required:
- Previous experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or account/partner management
- Comfortable working with external partners or brands
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to targets
- Confident using data to inform decisions and recommendations
- Good understanding of online customer journeys and conversion drivers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work at pace in a changing environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in retail, premium brands, or omnichannel environments
- Exposure to digital optimisation, merchandising, or online trading
Additional information: 3–4 month contract, hybrid working, based in Hounslow. Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
