We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to lead systems and process improvements within a finance transformation environment. This role will drive enhancements across FP&A and wider Record‑to‑Report processes, supporting the adoption and optimisation of a cloud‑based Oracle EPM/EPBCS solution and reducing reliance on manual tools.

You will work closely with finance, technology, and delivery teams to shape and implement a multi‑year roadmap that improves planning, forecasting, reporting and control frameworks, enabling automation and smarter decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Lead system and process transformation within the Record‑to‑Report and FP&A space
  • Act as subject‑matter expert for Oracle EPM/EPBCS (or similar platforms such as Hyperion)
  • Drive continuous improvements, reducing spreadsheet dependency and increasing automation
  • Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements
  • Maintain process documentation, controls and governance standards
  • Support change management, stakeholder communication and project delivery activities
  • System transformation experience within FP&A or related finance functions
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with Oracle EPM/EPBCS or comparable ERP/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion)
  • Qualified finance professional
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, ARCS)
  • Consulting or Big 4 background
