We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to lead systems and process improvements within a finance transformation environment. This role will drive enhancements across FP&A and wider Record‑to‑Report processes, supporting the adoption and optimisation of a cloud‑based Oracle EPM/EPBCS solution and reducing reliance on manual tools.
You will work closely with finance, technology, and delivery teams to shape and implement a multi‑year roadmap that improves planning, forecasting, reporting and control frameworks, enabling automation and smarter decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Lead system and process transformation within the Record‑to‑Report and FP&A space
- Act as subject‑matter expert for Oracle EPM/EPBCS (or similar platforms such as Hyperion)
- Drive continuous improvements, reducing spreadsheet dependency and increasing automation
- Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements
- Maintain process documentation, controls and governance standards
- Support change management, stakeholder communication and project delivery activities
- System transformation experience within FP&A or related finance functions
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Oracle EPM/EPBCS or comparable ERP/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion)
- Qualified finance professional
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, ARCS)
- Consulting or Big 4 background
