The Opportunity

SiSU Health UK is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business growth in the corporate wellness market. This is a role perfect for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy and has strong existing networks within corporate wellness, HR, and occupational health sectors.

You\’ll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing high-value corporate accounts, leveraging your existing relationships and industry knowledge to achieve rapid results.

This role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to build a substantial territory in a rapidly expanding HealthTech company.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Own the full sales cycle for corporate wellness accounts from prospecting to close
  • Target and engage Reward & Benefits teams, HR Generalists, and Occupational Health decision-makers
  • Leverage existing networks and relationships to generate immediate opportunities
  • Identify and pursue enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) using market knowledge and contacts
  • Work autonomously to build and manage a robust sales pipeline

Strategic Sales Activities:

  • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to specific corporate wellness challenges
  • Present SiSU Health solutions at industry events and client meetings
  • Negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership team

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales with proven track record selling solutions £100k+
  • Strong existing network within corporate wellness, HR, reward, and/or occupational health sectors
  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results independently
  • Track record of rapid business development and early wins in new roles
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with \”hunter\” mentality

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, wellness technology, or occupational health solutions
  • Background selling to FTSE companies or Medium/Large corporate employers
  • Understanding of corporate wellness trends and employee health initiatives
  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers in target sectors
  • Degree educated or equivalent demonstrable qualification
