Driver Operations Lead

As part of our partnership with a leading enterprise technology company, we manage a fleet of drivers responsible for mapping territories in Europe.

We are seeking a Driver Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our driver workforce. This role is critical in ensuring field performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while also managing logistics and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of driver performance — making sure they’re hitting mapping targets daily both in quantity and quality.
• Stakeholder engagement — regular updates, spot trends, and suggest improvements.
• Problem solving — improve processes, increase driver productivity, and get the most from the fleet.
• Create clear reports and dashboards – overview of driver performance.
• Logistical mindset – organise travel or accommodation for drivers as well as reviewing driver schedules.

Requirements

• Experience managing operations in a transport or fleet‑related job.
• Confident in leading a team that works out in the field.
• Great at dealing with clients and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, tracking performance, and making improvements.
• Very organised and good at solving problems quickly.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Workspace, and operational tracking tools.
