We're hiring a Data Reporting Analyst to support high-value infrastructure projects by driving performance insights and reporting excellence. This role plays a critical part in tracking project delivery obligations across a £1bn+ annual capital portfolio, ensuring high-quality reporting and proactive change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyse and report on project delivery obligation performance using dashboards (Power BI) and internal systems.
  • Develop and manage reporting frameworks that inform decision-makers across capital programmes.
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of data inputs across multiple projects.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities by analysing key performance indicators across the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and Finance teams to coordinate plans, align milestones, and support change forums.
  • Drive reporting improvements and develop prototypes for automated systems.
  • Contribute to broader capital planning and regulatory insight initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Data Reporting Analyst with a project delivery team/function.
  • Experience working with large datasets and Power BI reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a complex programme environment.
Desirable
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, project management, or PMO roles.
  • Understanding of economic regulation and capital investment processes.
