Our Client, a multinational energy company, based in Reading, are currently hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers.
Key skill requirements:
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- 1+ years experience
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
- Personable and engaging
- Work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion
- Contact Centre experience is advantageous, candidates will be working in a fast paced environment handling 40-50 calls a day
This is a full time hybrid contract role for a minimum of 3 months with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although it cannot be guaranteed) - training to be completed in office. Role is £14.02 per hour.
