A well-known energy company in Cardiff is recruiting 8 Customer Service Advisors due to increased workload. This role involves working on a predictive dialler, making outbound calls and dealing with inbound internal calls. The main objective is to book smart meters, and this role is target-driven with achievable targets set weekly for the advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound calling
- Working off a list of current business customers, making calls to ask them if they would like to upgrade to a SMART meter (which is a free service)
- Give advice to customers
- Describe benefits to customers about the meters, no hard selling
- Speak with existing business customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- Superb customer service & communication skills
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
- Personable and engaging
- “Treating Customers Fairly”
