I am working for a large energy company to recruit an Account Manager working in the Billing team. This role includes managing customer billing workflow, administrative work, answering customer emails, and the occasional customer telephone call.
No sales experience is required; however, experience in handling customers over different platforms (emails, calls, etc.) is essential.
