I am working with an energy company who is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team and commit to a contract that is likely to be extended.
Responsibilities:
- Diary Management
- Booking travel
- Basic slide preparation
- Sending out team communications
- Team invites and general admin support for the management team and people development committee.
Experience & Skill set required:
- At least 3 years Administration experience
- Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
