Weโ€™re supporting a large, well-known organisation in the travel and retail space with the search for an eCommerce Retail / Account Management professional to join on a 3โ€“4 month contract. This role sits within a digital commerce team and focuses on managing online retail partners, improving eCommerce performance, and supporting a strong end-to-end customer experience. Itโ€™s a hybrid role based in Hounslow, combining on-site collaboration with flexible working.

The role:

  • Act as the link between retail partners, digital teams and operations, ensuring online performance targets are met and opportunities for improvement are identified and delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with retail brand partners, owning their online performance
  • Working with digital and product teams to improve the website experience, including merchandising and usability
  • Using data and insight to identify performance issues and growth opportunities
  • Coordinating with offline retail and operational teams to ensure a joined-up omnichannel approach
  • Supporting fulfilment and customer service processes to meet service level expectations
  • Managing risks, issues and actions, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
  • Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance online sales and customer experience

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or account/partner management
  • Comfortable working with external partners or brands
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to targets
  • Confident using data to inform decisions and recommendations
  • Good understanding of online customer journeys and conversion drivers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work at pace in a changing environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in retail, premium brands, or omnichannel environments
  • Exposure to digital optimisation, merchandising, or online trading
