We are seeking a high-energy, commercially driven Client Engagement Director to lead the growth of our IT Services and Solutions offering across EMEA. This role will focus on winning new business while also managing, developing, and expanding existing client accounts.
You will target and engage key client segments including System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, IT Consulting firms, and global Big Tech organisations, positioning tailored contractor hiring solutions to meet complex workforce demands.
The successful candidate will be a proven new business hunter within the staffing/agency industry, with a strong track record of securing contractor hiring engagements. You will take a consultative, solutions-led approach to selling, positioning workforce solutions across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring the ability to build and manage short, medium, and long-term sales pipelines, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver sustained revenue growth.
- Identify, target, and win new IT services and contractor workforce business across EMEA, focusing on System Integrators, MSPs, IT Consulting firms, and Big Tech clients.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
- Drive new client acquisition through proactive outbound business development, networking, and strategic account targeting.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand service lines and increase contractor spend.
- Position and sell tailored contractor solutions including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resourcing models.
- Lead client engagements including discovery sessions, solution design, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, and service agreements to ensure profitable, long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, HR, and technology leadership teams.
- Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums across EMEA.
Proven track record of winning new IT services contractor business within a staffing/recruitment agency environment.
Strong experience working with or selling into System Integrators, MSPs, IT consulting firms, and/or Big Tech organisations.
Experience selling onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
Excellent commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex contracts and pricing models.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior and C-level.
Play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth IT services and contractor solutions offering across key enterprise client segments.
