You'll own the thinking behind your clients' CRM programmes, turning customer insight, data and business goals into focused briefs and strategic frameworks that drive effective creative and measurable outcomes. You'll define who we're talking to, what we're saying and why it matters, while working alongside a CRM Strategist and Braze developers to bring programmes to life.
Sitting within the Creative team, you'll keep strategy, creative and delivery connected. You'll write briefs, frameworks, quality-check work against the original objective, and use performance data to continuously improve programme effectiveness.
You will be expected to take on significant responsibility, managing your own briefs and expanding your expertise in strategic planning, commercial awareness, and client relations.
