Position
As a Club Partnership Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with professional sports clubs across the UK and Europe, driving account revenue, retention and satisfaction. You'll own a portfolio spanning football, rugby union, rugby league, cricket and more, spotting opportunities, building multi-stakeholder relationships (coaches, performance nutritionists, S&C leads, medical staff, procurement), and partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing and Finance to deliver a brilliant end-to-end experience.
- Key Account Management
- Own a portfolio of professional club accounts across multiple sports; provide quarterly business reviews, growth plans and renewals.
- Build trusted, multi-level relationships (technical and commercial) to understand performance goals and align the right NX solutions.
- Partner with Marketing to activate case studies, education sessions and sampling plans that increase adoption within squads and academies.
- New Business & Pipeline
- Identify, qualify and convert new club opportunities in line with NX's B2B growth strategy for UK and Europe; maintain a healthy, prioritized pipeline.
- Prepare compelling proposals, pricing options and presentations; manage trials/pilots and transition wins into steady-state supply.
- CRM & Revenue Operations
- Keep opportunities, contacts and activities up to date in the CRM; use data to forecast accurately and spot upsell/cross-sell moments.
- Monitor account performance vs. target; take proactive actions to protect retention and expand category penetration.
- Product & Performance Enablement
- Maintain strong product knowledge and translate performance benefits credibly for technical audiences (nutritionists, S&C, medical).
- Coordinate education content and workshops aligned to NX's science-led approach and brand guidelines.
- Governance & Ways of Working
- Follow agreed pricing, terms, credit and approvals; ensure documentation is complete and compliant for club or institute procurement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and playbooks; share insights that inform forecast, inventory and NPD priorities.
Requirements
- Essential experience & skills
- Proven B2B/key account sales experience with multi-stakeholder customers; track record of hitting targets and growing revenue.
- Relationship builder and communicator; clear presenter, strong written skills, confident with senior and technical audiences.
- Data-driven operator; comfortable with sales metrics, forecasting and CRM hygiene; turns insights into action.
- Sector understanding of professional sports and the sports-nutrition market dynamics (club procurement cycles, seasonality, staff structures).
- Nice to have (advantageous)
- Familiarity with elite sport environments (academy to first-team) and high-performance workflows.
- Knowledge of third-party testing standards common in sport (e.g., Informed-Sport) and how they impact purchasing decisions.
- Experience using modern CRM platforms and BI dashboards for pipeline, forecast and account performance reviews.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue vs. target and average order value (AOV) by club.
- Club retention and category penetration (e.g., hydration, recovery, protein, accessories).
- Forecast accuracy and CRM data quality (stage hygiene, next steps, close dates).

Salary of up to £32,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent at Head Office and 2 working from home. The role involves regular UK travel and occasional EU travel to visit clubs, attend fixtures, activations and reviews (as needed by accounts).
