We’re working with a full-service agency that’s growing fast, winning exciting work, and building a team that genuinely cares about what they do. They’re now looking for an Account Director to join them on a 12-month FTC and take the lead on one of their key automotive clients.

This isn’t a “keep things ticking over” role. It’s about owning relationships, shaping campaigns, and making work better.

The role

  • You’ll be the senior day-to-day lead on a flagship account — trusted by the client, respected internally, and right at the centre of the work.
  • Leading integrated campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Building strong, honest relationships with clients (not just “service with a smile”).
  • Working closely with strategy and creative to shape ideas, not just deliver them.
  • Keeping projects moving — on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Spotting opportunities to push the work further and add more value.

This is a hands-on role where you’re expected to lead from the front, not sit above it.
